Recommendation Requirement
Only contractors who are referred or recommended are eligible to apply. We do not accept unsolicited or general applications, unless specifically vetted.
Identity Validation
We verify each contractor’s identity using official documentation and in-person or remote validation. Have your ID scans ready, and be prepared for a verification call.
Work Verification
We review and confirm prior work experience, references, and completed projects. JaleNow is not a place for beginners — our clients expect you to be organized, clear, and efficient.
Only after successfully completing this process will contractors be added to our platform. This ensures that every professional on JaleNow is reliable, vetted, and recommended. Additional requirements may apply — every case is different, and we tailor our interview process accordingly.
