These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YaQDo mobile application and related services (the "Service") provided by JaleNow Inc. ("JaleNow," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation incorporated in Delaware, USA. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
YaQDo is an on-demand marketplace platform that connects customers ("Customers") seeking domestic services with independent service providers ("Providers") in Mexico. JaleNow is a technology intermediary only. We do not employ, contract, supervise, or control Providers in any way. We are not a party to any service agreement formed between a Customer and a Provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or completion of any service performed, nor for any acts or omissions of any Provider or Customer.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using YaQDo, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any time.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid phone number. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
By registering an account, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from JaleNow Inc. These include one-time passcodes (OTP), two-factor authentication codes, booking confirmations, and account notifications. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by contacting privacy@jalenow.com. Opting out of verification SMS may prevent you from accessing the Service.
Providers are independent contractors acting entirely on their own behalf. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of JaleNow in any capacity. JaleNow does not direct, supervise, or control the manner, means, tools, schedule, or quality of any service performed by a Provider.
JaleNow conducts basic identity verification of Providers before they are listed on the platform. This verification is limited to confirming identity documents and does not constitute an endorsement, background check, certification, or guarantee of any Provider's skills, character, conduct, or fitness for any particular service. Customers are solely responsible for their decision to engage a Provider.
Providers are not required to carry liability insurance. Each Provider is solely responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or harm arising from or related to the services they perform. JaleNow bears no liability whatsoever for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any Provider.
When a Customer requests a service through YaQDo and a Provider accepts, a service agreement is formed directly and exclusively between the Customer and the Provider. JaleNow facilitates this connection but is not a party to that agreement and assumes no obligations arising from it.
Cancellation terms are as follows:
JaleNow reserves the right to update cancellation fees and policies. Any changes will be communicated in the app before taking effect.
JaleNow does not process or intermediate payments between Customers and Providers. The method of payment — whether cash, bank transfer, or any other means — is agreed directly between the Customer and the Provider at the time of booking. JaleNow is not responsible for any payment dispute, non-payment, overcharge, or loss arising from payment arrangements made between Customers and Providers.
JaleNow's revenue model is based solely on subscription fees charged to Providers. Customers are not charged any platform or service fee by JaleNow.
Customers may rate and submit written reviews of Providers following a completed service. By submitting a review, you represent that it is based on your genuine first-hand experience and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree not to submit reviews that are false, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. JaleNow reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these standards, but is under no obligation to do so. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual users and do not constitute endorsements by JaleNow.
JaleNow is not a party to agreements between Customers and Providers and does not mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise intervene in disputes arising from a service. Any dispute regarding service quality, property damage, personal injury, non-performance, or payment is strictly between the Customer and the Provider. JaleNow strongly encourages both parties to resolve disputes directly and in good faith.
In the event of property damage or personal injury allegedly caused by a Provider, the Customer's recourse is against the Provider directly. JaleNow accepts no liability for such events. Customers are advised to document the condition of their property before and after a service if they wish to support any future claim against a Provider.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the YaQDo app are the property of JaleNow Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JaleNow does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. JaleNow makes no warranty regarding the conduct, competence, or reliability of any Provider listed on the platform. Your use of the Service and your engagement of any Provider is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JaleNow Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:
JaleNow's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed MXN $500 (five hundred Mexican pesos) or the equivalent in applicable currency, regardless of the theory of liability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JaleNow Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your interactions with any Provider or Customer; or (d) any service performed or not performed by a Provider you engaged through the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute between you and JaleNow arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Nothing in this section limits or waives any rights you may have under Mexican consumer protection law. Users located in Mexico retain all rights afforded to them under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (LFPC) and may file complaints with the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) regardless of the governing law clause above. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or emergency relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via SMS. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.

Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") rigen su acceso y uso de la aplicación móvil YaQDo y los servicios relacionados (el "Servicio") proporcionados por JaleNow Inc. ("JaleNow", "nosotros" o "nuestro"), una corporación constituida en Delaware, EE. UU. Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio, usted acepta quedar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice el Servicio.
YaQDo es una plataforma de mercado bajo demanda que conecta a clientes ("Clientes") que buscan servicios domésticos con proveedores de servicios independientes ("Proveedores") en México. JaleNow es únicamente un intermediario tecnológico. No empleamos, contratamos, supervisamos ni controlamos a los Proveedores de ninguna forma. No somos parte de ningún acuerdo de servicio celebrado entre un Cliente y un Proveedor. No somos responsables de la calidad, seguridad, legalidad, puntualidad o cumplimiento de ningún servicio prestado, ni de los actos u omisiones de ningún Proveedor o Cliente.
Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad para usar el Servicio. Al usar YaQDo, declara y garantiza que cumple con este requisito. Nos reservamos el derecho de verificar su identidad y edad en cualquier momento.
Para usar el Servicio, debe crear una cuenta con un número de teléfono válido. Usted acepta:
Usted es responsable de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo su cuenta.
Al registrar una cuenta, usted otorga su consentimiento expreso para recibir mensajes SMS de JaleNow Inc. Estos incluyen códigos de un solo uso (OTP), códigos de autenticación de dos factores, confirmaciones de reservas y notificaciones de cuenta. Pueden aplicarse tarifas estándar de mensajes y datos de su operador móvil. Puede cancelar la recepción de SMS no esenciales contactando a privacy@jalenow.com. Cancelar los SMS de verificación puede impedirle acceder al Servicio.
Los Proveedores son contratistas independientes que actúan en nombre propio. No son empleados, agentes, socios, coempresarios ni representantes de JaleNow en ningún sentido. JaleNow no dirige, supervisa ni controla la forma, los medios, las herramientas, el horario ni la calidad de ningún servicio prestado por un Proveedor.
JaleNow realiza una verificación básica de identidad de los Proveedores antes de que sean listados en la plataforma. Esta verificación se limita a confirmar documentos de identidad y no constituye un aval, revisión de antecedentes, certificación ni garantía de las habilidades, conducta, carácter o idoneidad de ningún Proveedor para un servicio determinado. Los Clientes son los únicos responsables de su decisión de contratar a un Proveedor.
No se requiere que los Proveedores cuenten con seguro de responsabilidad civil. Cada Proveedor es el único responsable por cualquier daño, lesión, pérdida o perjuicio derivado de o relacionado con los servicios que presta. JaleNow no tiene ninguna responsabilidad por los actos, omisiones, negligencia o conducta indebida de ningún Proveedor.
Cuando un Cliente solicita un servicio a través de YaQDo y un Proveedor lo acepta, se forma un acuerdo de servicio directa y exclusivamente entre el Cliente y el Proveedor. JaleNow facilita esta conexión pero no es parte de dicho acuerdo y no asume ninguna obligación derivada del mismo.
Las condiciones de cancelación son las siguientes:
JaleNow se reserva el derecho de actualizar los cargos y políticas de cancelación. Cualquier cambio se comunicará en la app antes de entrar en vigor.
JaleNow no procesa ni intermedia pagos entre Clientes y Proveedores. El método de pago — ya sea en efectivo, transferencia bancaria u otro medio — se acuerda directamente entre el Cliente y el Proveedor al momento de la reserva. JaleNow no es responsable de ninguna disputa de pago, falta de pago, cobro excesivo o pérdida derivada de los arreglos de pago entre Clientes y Proveedores.
El modelo de ingresos de JaleNow se basa exclusivamente en cuotas de suscripción cobradas a los Proveedores. JaleNow no cobra ninguna tarifa de plataforma o servicio a los Clientes.
Los Clientes pueden calificar y enviar reseñas escritas sobre los Proveedores tras la finalización de un servicio. Al enviar una reseña, usted declara que está basada en su experiencia personal genuina y que es precisa en la medida de su conocimiento. Usted acepta no enviar reseñas falsas, difamatorias, amenazantes o que de otro modo incumplan estos Términos. JaleNow se reserva el derecho de eliminar reseñas que violen estas normas, pero no está obligado a hacerlo. Las reseñas reflejan las opiniones de usuarios individuales y no constituyen avales de JaleNow.
JaleNow no es parte de los acuerdos entre Clientes y Proveedores y no media, arbitra ni interviene de ninguna otra forma en las disputas derivadas de un servicio. Cualquier disputa relacionada con la calidad del servicio, daños materiales, lesiones personales, incumplimiento o pago es estrictamente entre el Cliente y el Proveedor. JaleNow recomienda firmemente que ambas partes resuelvan las disputas directamente y de buena fe.
En caso de daños materiales o lesiones personales presuntamente causados por un Proveedor, el recurso del Cliente es contra el Proveedor directamente. JaleNow no acepta ninguna responsabilidad por dichos eventos. Se recomienda a los Clientes documentar el estado de su propiedad antes y después de un servicio si desean apoyar cualquier reclamación futura contra un Proveedor.
Usted acepta no:
La violación de estas reglas puede resultar en la suspensión o cancelación inmediata de su cuenta.
Todo el contenido, marcas comerciales, logotipos y software en la app YaQDo son propiedad de JaleNow Inc. o sus licenciantes. No puede reproducir, distribuir ni crear obras derivadas sin nuestro permiso expreso por escrito.
El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. JaleNow no garantiza que el Servicio sea ininterrumpido, libre de errores o seguro. JaleNow no ofrece ninguna garantía sobre la conducta, competencia o fiabilidad de ningún Proveedor listado en la plataforma. El uso del Servicio y la contratación de cualquier Proveedor son enteramente bajo su propio riesgo.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, JaleNow Inc., sus directivos, administradores, empleados, afiliados y agentes no serán responsables por:
La responsabilidad total agregada de JaleNow ante usted por cualquier reclamación derivada de o relacionada con estos Términos o el Servicio no excederá $500 MXN (quinientos pesos mexicanos) o su equivalente en la moneda aplicable, independientemente de la teoría de responsabilidad.
Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne a JaleNow Inc. y sus directivos, administradores, empleados y agentes frente a cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida o gasto (incluidos honorarios legales) derivados de: (a) su uso del Servicio; (b) su incumplimiento de estos Términos; (c) sus interacciones con cualquier Proveedor o Cliente; o (d) cualquier servicio prestado o no prestado por un Proveedor que usted contrató a través de la plataforma.
Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento, con o sin previo aviso, por incumplimiento de estos Términos o por cualquier otro motivo a nuestra discreción. Usted puede eliminar su cuenta en cualquier momento desde la app o contactándonos.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Delaware, EE. UU., sin considerar sus principios de conflicto de leyes. Cualquier disputa entre usted y JaleNow derivada de estos Términos o del Servicio se intentará resolver primero mediante negociación de buena fe. De no resolverse en un plazo de 30 días, las disputas se someterán a arbitraje vinculante bajo las reglas de la Asociación Americana de Arbitraje.
Nada en esta sección limita ni renuncia a los derechos que pueda tener bajo la legislación mexicana de protección al consumidor. Los usuarios ubicados en México conservan todos los derechos que les otorga la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (LFPC) y pueden presentar quejas ante la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) independientemente de la cláusula de ley aplicable. Nada en estos Términos impide que cualquiera de las partes solicite medidas cautelares o de emergencia ante un tribunal competente.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Le notificaremos sobre cambios materiales a través de la app o por SMS. El uso continuado del Servicio tras la fecha de vigencia de los Términos revisados constituye su aceptación.
